Detailed Description

Headers for BinTransitionData class.

This class stores data associated with transitions from one mainchain torsion bin to another (e.g. ABEGO bins, OO-ABBA bins, etc.) for ONE specific type of transition (ith residue has certain properties, i+1st residue has certain other properties).
