docking_score_low: Low-resolution docking score function
docking_score_high: High-resolution docking score function
partners: String specifying docking patners; underscore should separate the partners e.g. AB_C
low_res_protocol_only: Only perform low-resolution docking
docking_local_refine: Only perform high-resolution docking
dock_min: Use the DockMinMover
ignore_default_docking_task: Ignore the default docking task and define your own. Unless this is specified, task operations will be appended to the default docking task.
task_operations: A comma-separated list of TaskOperations to use.
